How to change Network Adapter of VM ?

Virtual Machine requires the Network Adapter for the connectivity. Network adapter are just Network label which is created in vSwitch Port Group.  So in this post i will show you how you can change network adapter of virtual machine as this is very easy task to do so let’s check step by step.

Step 1:
Login to vSphere Web Client.

Step 2:
Choose the Hosts & Clusters from the Home Screen.

Step 3:
Choose your virtual machine & right click on it.
Choose Edit Settings.

Step 4:
You will get the Edit Settings Wizard.
Find for Network Adapter option on the right side.
Click on the Arrow with Drop Down Box to choose the Network Adapter.
Choose your network adapter & click OK.

Step 5:
Make sure Connected Box is ticketed already & click OK to change.

That’s it you have successfully changed the Network adapter you can also verify it by choosing the VM Hardware Box in the Home pane.
