vRSLCM or vRealize Suite Lifecycle manager you know that used to deploy the vRealize Suite products in the environment. Before starting any deployment you must first add vCenter Server in vRSLCM. In this post we will see on how to add vCenter in vRSLCM.
After deployment of vRealize Suite Lifecycle manager, While doing initial configuration adding vCenter server in vRSLCM is also part of the same. We configure our existing vCenter Server into vRealize Suite Lifecycle manager so that we can easily deploy vRealize Suite products into the vCenter Server. Any products which gets deployed from vRSLCM will always go to vCenter Server only.

So let’s see how to Add vCenter in vRSLCM:
Login to vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager.
Click on Lifecycle Operations.
Go to Datacenters from navigation bar.
Click on “Add vCenter”
Provide the vCenter Server name & credentials.
You also must provide the vCenter Server type.
After adding details you can click on Validate to verify the configuration.
Click Save to add.
Your vCenter Server will be listed below.
That’s it, Using this way you need to add vCenter Server in the vRealize Suite Lifecycle manager as part of initial configuration.
